Rooting my phone allow me to do command on the phone system as super user (su). Just like Linux, SU stand for super user. Without this permission, I would not be able to remove, change ownership, or any administrative actions to my phone.
I just downloaded rooted nandroid OS for my phone. It's originally rooted. But for some reasons, it would not grand me superuser permission. SO, the only way to do this is rooting my phone again. In order for this AndRoot method to work, first I unroot my phone using the AndRoot software ( can be downloaded from the net). Then root my phone using the same method.
Now my phone is working fine with super user permission whenever i need.
Note: this method only work on certain system. So check with the site that you download the AndRoot from.
